Partner Status

The Partner Status is determined by the following criteria:

 

  • Sales plan fulfillment
  • Availability of BioLink-certified staff
  • Ability to provide technical support by the partner's employees
  • Availability of a partner network with the partner
  • The Partner Status, valid within a year, is defined early each partner's calendar year based on the previous year performance. Provided that the sales plan and the partner certification are completed earlier, the Partner Status can be modified prior to the end of the calendar year.

Each partner is given one of the following statuses:

 

  • Authorized Partner
  • Value-Added Reseller (VAR)

Geographical Coverage

The geographical coverage of partners' activities is by BioLink and partners.

 

The agreed territory is expressly specified in the partner agreement and may overlap and/or coincide with several partners.
